Nethersx2 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the nethersx2 platform. By registering or using any part of this platform, you agree to be bound by all provisions set out below.

1. Acceptance of Terms & Account Creation
By accessing or using the nethersx2 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to discontinue use of the platform immediately.
To register an account with nethersx2, you must meet the following requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
- Is a legally eligible individual capable of entering into a binding agreement.
- Not be located in a jurisdiction where online gambling activities are prohibited.
- Register with accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Attempts to register multiple accounts for the purpose of circumventing restrictions or obtaining duplicate bonuses may result in the closure of all associated accounts without any payout.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. nethersx2 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by a user's failure to safeguard their login credentials.
2. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
As a nethersx2 user, you agree to use this platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other technologies to access or interact with the platform in an unauthorised manner.
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or damage the platform's systems or the servers supporting nethersx2.
- Sharing your account with others or allowing third parties to access your account.
- Using the platform for any fraudulent, money laundering, or other unlawful activities.
- Abusing bonuses, promotions, or offers in a manner that violates the stated terms and conditions.
- Posting offensive, defamatory, discriminatory, or unlawful content through the platform's chat or interaction features.
Nethersx2 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these rules and to take appropriate action, including suspending or closing accounts and reporting to the relevant authorities where necessary.
3. Payment Information, Deposits & Transactions
All financial transactions on the nethersx2 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users may make deposits using supported local payment methods including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, and GrabPay, subject to the applicable minimum and maximum limits.
Key payment information you should be aware of:
- Deposits: All deposits are final once credited to the account. Users are responsible for ensuring that payment details are accurate before confirming any transaction.
- Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with the established verification procedures. nethersx2 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before approving any withdrawal.
- Processing Time: Transaction processing times depend on the chosen payment method and may vary. Deposits are typically processed quickly, while withdrawals may take longer depending on the verification process.
- Charges & Fees: nethersx2 does not charge any fees for standard deposits. However, third-party financial institutions may apply their own charges.
Nethersx2 reserves the right to decline or place a hold on any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or a breach of platform terms. In such cases, funds may be withheld until the investigation is concluded.
4. Account Policy — Suspension & Closure
Nethersx2 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or close any user account without prior notice under the following circumstances:
- The user has violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- There is suspected fraudulent activity, game manipulation, or use of bots.
- The user provided false or misleading information during registration or the verification process.
- The account is involved in money laundering or other suspected illegal activities.
- Requests from regulatory authorities or law enforcement agencies.
- Users found to be under 18 years of age.
If an account is closed due to a breach of terms, nethersx2 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in that account. Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the customer support team. Balances in voluntarily closed accounts will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures, subject to the settlement of any pending transactions.
Accounts may be temporarily suspended for identity verification or investigation purposes. During the suspension period, users will not be able to access their account or withdraw funds. nethersx2 will notify users of the investigation outcome within a reasonable timeframe.
5. Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability & Third-Party Links
Intellectual Property
All content on the nethersx2 platform — including brand names, logos, interface design, text, graphics, software, and code — is the property of nethersx2 or its licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, redistribute, modify, or use any such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
Nethersx2 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of this platform, including financial losses from gaming activity, technical service disruptions, or third-party system failures. Users acknowledge that gaming involves financial risk and are solely responsible for their own gaming decisions.

The nethersx2 platform may display links or references to third-party services such as game software providers or payment processors. nethersx2 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of such third parties. Users are encouraged to review the terms and privacy policies of the relevant third parties before using their services.
6. Changes to Terms & Applicable Law

Applicable Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising in connection with the use of the nethersx2 platform or these terms shall first be resolved through negotiation. If negotiation is unsuccessful, the dispute will be referred to the appropriate courts of jurisdiction in Malaysia.
